Our school choir and guitar programs offer students the unique opportunity to explore their musical talents, build confidence, and be part of a supportive and vibrant community. With regular performances and a focus on developing skills, our programs foster teamwork, discipline and creativity. 

 

Unfortunately, due to limited district funding for the performing arts, we rely on the generosity of our school community to keep these programs thriving. The Northgate Choral Music Boosters (NCMB) is a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging this funding gap, ensuring our programs continue to provide exceptional experiences for our students.

As parents and guardians of Northgate choir and/or guitar students, you are all vital members of Northgate Choral Music Boosters. Your contributions - both time and donations - play a crucial role in ensuring the success of these programs.

 

NCMB supports your students by helping to cover essential costs such as sheet music, performance attire, hiring accompanists, replacement picks/strings and much more. In addition, NCMB is a 501(c)(3) corporation and as such has fixed administrative expenses such as insurance, service fees, and accounting fees.

To provide the best possible experience for your students, we kindly ask each family to consider a donation of $200 per choir student and $50 per guitar student. While this won’t cover all costs anticipated for the school year, every contribution, no matter the size, ensures that all students have the opportunity to participate in high-quality musical experiences that empower them and nurture their love for the arts.
